Paul is currently in his fourth season as UCSB women's soccer coach.

• 1997 Masters in Kinesiology
• 1989 Graduate of San Diego State University
• Certified NSCAA coach
• 2001 led UCSB women's soccer to a 11-7-1 season -- their best season in 9 years placing 2nd in the Big West conference
• 1999- Awarded Big West Coach of the Year
• 1998- UCSB Assistant coach women's soccer
• 1996-1997 Humboldt State University women's assistant coach
• 1987- Played for San Diego Nomads the Western Soccer Alliance Champions
• 1985-1986- Two time starter for San Diego State University (ranked #17 in nation)
• 1983-1984-Santa Rosa Junior College All American Selection
