Debra Laprath, Head Coach Maria Carrillo

Debra LaPrath  - Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Maria Carrillo High School since 1996.

Debra holds a B.A. in Adapted Physical Education and a Teaching Credential in Secondary Education.  She currently teaches Physical Education and Leadership at Santa Rosa Middle School.

• 2002 – NBL Co-Coach of the Year.
• 2000 –2001 Press Democrat’s Coach of the Year.
• 1999 – NBL - North Bay League /All Empire Co-Coach of the Year.
• 1998 – All Empire Coach of the Year.
• 1996 – Present – Head Coach for Maria Carrillo H.S. Women’s Varsity          
      Soccer.  The Lady Pumas finished the 2001-2002 seasons with back-to-
      back North Coast Section Championships.
• 1984-85 – Most Inspirational Player – Sonoma State University.
• 1983-1987 – Played for Nationally Ranked Sonoma State University.
• Grew up in San Diego playing for “Surf”.
